We seek to hire an assistant professor with expertise in elementary mathematics education and teacher education. We are interested in a faculty member whose teaching practice is undergirded by contemporary research within mathematics and elementary teacher education; whose work demonstrates a strong commitment to equitable teaching practices, social justice and diversity; who has an interest in and/or experience with practice-based teacher education; and who is eager to work collaboratively within the department, across departments, and within our university-school partnerships. Candidates must demonstrate experience with or a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
