Savannah State University seeks qualified applicants for a tenure track, Assistant Professor Behavior Analysis in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences. This position provides instruction and related activities in the undergraduate Behavior Analysis major, which includes a Behavior Analyst Certification Board Verified Course Sequence that meets the coursework requirements for eligibility to take the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Examination. The Assistant Professor will teach 12 credits per semester during the regular academic year, as well as engage in scholarship and service activities. Must plan, meet and evaluate all assigned classes; maintain at least 10 office hours per week; serve as an academic advisor, and participate in academic assessment. Additionally, serve on department, college, and university committees as assigned; engage in scholarly activity and comply with all University policies, procedures, requirements and deadlines. May be required to perform job related tasks other than those specifically delineated in this description. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
