Job Summary: The Technical Reviewer will play a critical role in executing the strategic direction of the organization’s production functions. This position is responsible for ensuring sales paperwork and customer product selections meet the standards and specifications set. The Technical Reviewer assesses each project sold and where necessary, modifies the specifications with final project approval before releasing to production.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of remodeling experience (Windows, Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Entry Doors)
  • Proficient with Microsoft products
  • Detail oriented within a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
  • Gathering and analyzing data
  • Team player
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and relevant software platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing both W2 and 1099 workforce structures is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Review project measurements and contracts to identify potential issues and recommend adjustments to ensure proper fit and finishing of products.
  • Apply remodeling knowledge to evaluate and approve project plans, permits, and measurements for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to resolve contract-related concerns and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit change orders to address inconsistencies or updates in contract documentation.
  • Implement necessary modifications to project details prior to finalizing and placing product orders.
  • Document any structural issues, permitting requirements, or needed drawings to ensure project compliance and readiness.
  • Maintain clear communication with production staff and relevant personnel to support efficient workflow and timely project progression.
  • Identify and record any required project-specific adjustments to ensure materials are accurately ordered for successful execution.
  • Review and verify incoming job files to confirm all details align with company products and installation standards before orders are processed.
  • Partner with the manager to assess order entry concerns and support continuous improvement in quality, customer satisfaction, and overall project profitability.
  • Build Sales Orders in the inventory management system.
  • Allocate materials to each sales order.
  • Order customer product when applicable.
  • Partner cross-functionally to monitor, analyze, and respond to emerging trends in the field.
  • Assist with measures in the field as needed.
