About The Position

A growing women’s fashion brand is hiring an Assistant Print Designer to support print and textile development across women’s apparel, denim, and swimwear collections. This role is ideal for a creative designer with strong Photoshop skills, print repeat experience, and an eye for color, vintage prints, and feminine design. The position works closely with the Textile Designer and cross-functional teams. Full-time onsite role.

Requirements

• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills; working knowledge of Illustrator
• Experience creating print repeats, colorways, and textile artwork
• Strong hand illustration and sketching ability
• Excellent color sense and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced fashion environment
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Must be comfortable working full-time in the office
• Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction
• Experience with screen printing, digital printing, or discharge printing
• Background in women’s fashion or apparel design
• Experience designing embroidery, lace, or eyelet patterns
• Familiarity with AI tools for print inspiration and concept development

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing original prints and surface designs for seasonal collections
• Adapt vintage artwork for women’s lifestyle, denim, and swim categories
• Create print colorways and alternate color options
• Design embroidery, eyelet, and textile patterns
• Prepare print repeats and scale artwork for production
• Track and manage color submissions and approvals
• Maintain organized records of prints, revisions, and color submits
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and product development teams
