About The Position

We are seeking a Print Designer with a strong point of view and a passion for storytelling through print. In this role, you will shape original artwork that defines the Anthropologie identity, translating trend and concept into distinctive, production-ready prints. You will build cohesive assortments across silhouette and category, collaborate cross-functionally, and help mentor emerging talent, all while maintaining technical excellence from concept through approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years relevant industry experience, ideally within fashion or lifestyle design.
  • Understands how creative decisions impact product, brand expression, and commercial outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and production-ready file standards.
  • Confident operating within shared digital systems and cross-functional workflows.
  • Fluent in Pantone systems across creative and production settings.
  • Uses AI to enhance ideation, visual storytelling, and presentations while maintaining strong creative authorship and brand alignment.

  • Delivers clean, production-ready artwork packages and maintains accountability through strike-off and approval stages.
  • Interprets seasonal color direction through a brand lens, elevating print across fabrication and silhouette while designing thoughtfully within production parameters.
  • Builds balanced, intentional print assortments within assigned brands, ensuring cohesion, scale diversity, and aesthetic range across seasonal needs.
  • Prepares and tracks seasonal print content for milestone reviews with accuracy.
