St. Thomas Aquinas is seeking a faith-filled, collaborative, and mission-driven Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. The Assistant Principal plays a key role in advancing the Catholic identity of the school, strengthening instructional practice, using data to support student growth, and building a joyful, connected school community. This position is ideal for an educator who loves Catholic education, values strong relationships, and thrives in a leadership role that blends faith, instruction, and collaboration. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic in good standing with the church, has a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic School,holds or is willing to pursue a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, demonstrated strength in mission driven leadership, data-informed decision making, and a commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and servant leadership.
