Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of dental front office experience
  • Strong understanding of dental scheduling, insurance verification, and patient coordination
  • Exceptional communication skills with both patients and team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Natural problem-solver who remains calm under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily office operations
