Requirements

  • Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English are required.
  • University (Bachelor’s Degree) in Business, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience and a minimum of 3 years as a senior department manager managing a professional staff.
  • Manufacturing with granulation is preferred.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise team of professional level employees, and set goals and objectives for team members.
  • Effective team player and coordinator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • High degree of discipline and teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planned operations , while reducing process variation with the use of statistical process control.
  • Maintain a very active effort in the design, improvement and subsequent modification of the plant processes.
  • Develop a production planning schedule in order to guarantee finished product inventories, predict plant potential risks (bottlenecks), and utilize “all” plant resources to their maximum potential.
  • Coordinate with the leadership team to ensure quality materials are available for shipment when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate the leadership daily work schedules to maintain adequate resources at the plant when needed.
  • Continuously improve leadership and staff’s capability by assisting with training new leaders.
  • Report plant performance on a monthly basis to the management staff.
  • Provide input to the Maintenance and Engineering departments to help maximize their efforts.
  • Ensure plant areas are clean, safe and in orderly condition at all times.
  • Coordinate activities related to the safety in the plant area, in accordance with Area Managers.
