Assistant Plant Manager
About The Position

Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Partner with the Plant Manager on workforce leadership, coaching, and development. Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and operational excellence. Coordinate maintenance planning to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Champion environmental compliance, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
- Partner with the Plant Manager on workforce leadership, coaching, and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate maintenance planning to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Champion environmental compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
