About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Partner with the Plant Manager on workforce leadership, coaching, and development. Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and operational excellence. Coordinate maintenance planning to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Champion environmental compliance, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements
