This role is responsible for providing successful leadership, direction and management to the Payments Department. Ensure member and TruStone Financial Credit Union concerns and/or requests are answered and/or solved in a timely and accurate manner, both in person and over the phone through the direct supervision of the Payments department. Coach and mentor staff to achieve corporate goals, department goals and strategic initiatives. Remain current on all aspects of the Payments program including updates or changes to regulatory compliance and system updates. Demonstrate and live TruStone Financial’s Core Values and Mission in all interactions with all internal and external members.
