The School of Education seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor – Non-Tenure Track - in Organizational Learning, Performance and Change, dedicated to the area of Organization Development in workforce and societal institutions. Further, opportunities for collaboration in teaching, research, and advising with higher education leadership, learning design and training, counseling and career development will be available. We seek a scholar who (a) can advise a high number of doctoral students across methodological specialties, (b) can teach doctoral-level courses in-person and online related to organizational change and quantitative research methods, (c) has practical experience in organizations with designing and managing learning and performance improvement programs, and (d) can work across multiple program areas within the School of Education and Colorado State University. The School of Education offers its programs within the College of Health and Human Sciences at Colorado State University. Our teaching, research, and outreach support the mission of CSU’s Land Grant and Carnegie I Research Institution status.
