About The Position

Sound Screening and Collection Services is seeking an organized, adaptable, and people-focused Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee daily processes and operations. This role is central to maintaining productivity, ensuring service quality, and supporting both employees and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Sound Screening & Sound Collections’ processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality across all services and products.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership regarding projects, priorities, processes, and operational matters.
  • Inspire and motivate employees through supportive coaching and training
  • Manage general office operations and administrative functions
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee client onboarding, training, and recertification processes
  • Support screening staff as a back-up production assistant when needed
  • Coordinate reporting to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian on behalf of Sound Collections
