Role Overview This is a Leadership role within the Richemont America’s Regional Distribution Center, responsible for managing people, processes, and performance within assigned operational areas to meet facility goals and metrics.This role ensures company policies and guidelines are followed and constantly romotes continuous improvement efforts through Kaizen events, audits, 5S programs, safety, and root cause/corrective action. Furthermore, they are responsible for the development and performance of direct reports across multiple shifts, including Operation’s Supervisors
