About The Position

The Assistant Operational Support is an important member of our Varsity All Star Operations Team, providing support to the members of this department and executing additional job functions. This person should be extremely organized, able to multi-task, and project oriented. The Assistant Operational Support will represent Varsity Brands by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.

Requirements

Ability to problem solve under pressure.
Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suites.
High level of customer service acumen.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in cheer/dance industry a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Event Coordinators with the organization of event details.
Assist Event Planners as they work with Event Coordinators.
Assist Production Coordinators with event preparation and equipment management.
Assist Logistics Coordinators with inventory, transportation, supply chain processes.
Assist Registration with customer service and data entry.
General clerical work and office management tasks.
Serve in a support role at events.
Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders.
Pack, fold, and arrange garments.
Scanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory system.
