We’re currently looking for an Assistant OE Store Manager to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for optimizing overall OE Facility performance—both financially and operationally—by assisting in the management of daily operations, driving sales, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of OE tire production operations and related processes
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting company standards

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations within the OE tire facility
  • Coordinate workflow and ensure timely, accurate production of tire assemblies to meet customer and OEM requirements
  • Supervise and support technicians and warehouse personnel to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
  • Monitor production schedules and order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Assist with inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of tires, wheels, and related components
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inventory records, and shipping/receiving transactions
  • Help implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standards
  • Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting production or logistical issues as they arise
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Contribute to cost control and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing efficiency and profitability
  • Additional tasks as assigned by manager
