As an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM), you’ll partner with leadership to drive excellence in: This role offers shared 24/7 leadership accountability and the opportunity to directly influence both patient outcomes and team success.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Florida or Compact)
- BLS certification (ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC as applicable)
- BSN required (MSN/DNP preferred)
- 2+ years RN experience in an acute care setting
