And each of us is responsible for honoring our commitment to excellence, pushing the boundaries and transforming the patient experience, every day. We all have the power to help, heal and change lives — beginning with our own. That’s the power of the Cleveland Clinic Health System team, and The Power of Every One. Join the Cleveland Clinic team where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare. Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world. As an Assistant Nurse Manager in Hospice, a caregiver in this role will work in a hybrid model that includes time in the field, remote work, and occasional office presence. The role is evenly split between patient care and administrative responsibilities, allowing caregivers to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with hospice patients while also supporting daily operations. Field work includes caring for a consistent hospice patient population, while administrative duties include serving as manager of the day, directing field operations, handling escalations and complaints, and supporting STNAs, triage nurses, and hospice RNs. Additional responsibilities include managing evening nurse scheduling for both east and west teams, approving PTO, participating in committees and quality initiatives, leading new hire council classes, completing supervisory visits, and participating in an on-call rotation to support evening and night coverage. A caregiver in this role will work Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm including every 6th weekend and 1 holiday per year.
