YOU WILL PROVIDE: Clinical and administrative leadership to the ED staff Clinical resource for patient care and staff competency Function as an administrative resource for admissions and staffing UW Medical Center-Montlake is the first Magnet Designated Hospital in the United States. Requirements

• Have/obtain a current WA state RN license or MSL.
• Two or more years of ED or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
• Two or more current or recent years as a charge nurse in the ED
• Equivalent experience will substitute for Education
