About The Position

The Assistant Network Operations Center (NOC) Coordinator supports the daily operations of the NOC by assisting with scheduled activities, monitoring real-time operations, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in operational coordination within the aviation ground handling industry.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in aviation, business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to operational challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn industry-specific software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in aviation, ground handling, or operational coordination is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in operational activities, including coordination and data entry of reservations into the scheduling system.
  • Monitor and track operational volume and ensure scheduled flights do not exceed operational capacity.
  • Support real-time operations by communicating with frontline teams and local station management changes to operational schedules or operational disruptions.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and documentation related to operational activities.
  • Collaborate with the NOC team to identify operational challenges and propose solutions for improved efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the NOC Coordinators and senior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the NOC Management.
