The Assistant Membership Director provides direction and leadership to the membership department, focusing on member services, member engagement, creating the member experience, member retention, and acquisition. This role includes overseeing the Member Services Desk, Member Engagement, Building Supervision, and Kids Club teams. With guidance from the Operations Director, the Assistant Director will develop, direct, and implement the overall strategy for delivering services to members and participants. The position requires working independently under general direction and determining how to accomplish tasks.
