Baylor University is seeking an experienced and collaborative Assistant Medical Director (MD/DO) to support the clinical leadership and daily operations of the Baylor Health Center. This role provides direct patient care, assists with oversight of medical staff, and helps ensure high-quality, student-centered healthcare services. The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with strong clinical judgment, a commitment to holistic student wellness, and the ability to lead in a dynamic university health environment. Responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives, promoting best practices in clinical care, and fostering a culture of excellence, compliance, and compassionate service. A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and three years of relevant work experience is required. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
