Role Snapshot As the Assistant Center Director, you’ll partner with the Center Director to: Support families by creating customized learning plans for students. Lead with confidence—coaching instructors and building a strong teaching team. Deliver exceptional customer care, from progress updates to family communication. Manage sales and enrollment by connecting with prospective families and ensuring students get started on their math journey. Oversee student engagement and learning progress during instructional sessions. Work on partnership activities with schools and community events.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills (sales experience is a plus).
  • A passion for math and helping kids succeed.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
  • Team-oriented leadership with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Applicants will complete a short math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency and the selected candidate will undergo a Background check.
