This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on event coordination , ensuring our brand delivers exceptional experiences both online and offline .

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, or brand promotion
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Proficiency with marketing tools, event software, and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Collaborative team player able to work across departments
Creative mindset for planning events and marketing campaigns
Budget management and vendor negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan, coordinate, and manage events including product launches, trade shows, promotional activations, and corporate events
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, PR, creative) and external vendors for seamless event execution
Track budgets, timelines, and logistics to optimize marketing and event ROI
Monitor and report on campaign performance , providing insights and actionable recommendations
Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral
Assist in managing social media and offline promotional activities tied to campaigns and events
