The Community Marketing Assistant Manager works at an indoor and outdoor kiosk in a high traffic area centrally located and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences with their team to connect with the public as a Brand Ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. How You'll Shine Supervise team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow through training, motivation, contests and strategic scheduling. Field Leader - motivate, train, oversee CMA's and deliver supplies. Help resolve guest issues, complaints. Assist Manager with reports and site updates. Resort tour reception and sales/marketing liaison. Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring CMA's and Greeters. Attendance record keeping. Comply with Human Resource and company policies.
