Responsibilities
- Assist the Operating Partner and management team in overseeing daily restaurant functions
- Help recruit, train, and guide team members to deliver excellent service
- Respond to guest feedback and ensure a welcoming, professional dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and support financial reporting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
