Requirements

  • Able to work 40-45 hours per week
  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced restaurant
  • 2 years consecutive leadership experience
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop a high-performing team
  • Coach leaders through encouragement and on-floor guidance
  • Model Second Mile Service and a guest-first mindset
  • Maintain high standards for taste, speed, cleanliness, friendliness, and accuracy
  • Enforce food safety, quality, and handbook policies
  • Coach team leaders on proper procedures and people development
  • Ensure professionalism and positive attitude across the team
  • Help prevent and resolve personnel issues
  • Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and product organization
  • Support the director team with food cost, labor analysis, and guest experience
  • Work with Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to improve team and guest experience
  • Open availability (day and night) for 40-45 hours per week, typical shifts 2:00-11:00 or 6:30-3:00
  • Available for all holidays including Black Friday, Tulip Time, and December
  • Willing to start with majority of hours in position, earning administrative time over time
  • Be on call on days off or come in early if needed
  • Support the operator, directors, and restaurant with any additional tasks
