Requirements

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Financial acumen to assist with budgeting and cost control
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, speed, and guest satisfaction
Lead and support team members through training, coaching, and hands-on guidance
Jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
Manage shift schedules, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
Help control costs by monitoring labor, waste, and food usage
Step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence
Keep communication strong between crew and leadership, creating a positive team culture
