About The Position
Welcome to Knox Pizza Co, LLC doing business as Domino's! Operating stores in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Roanoke and points in-between. Since the start of 2019, we have grown our number of locations by over 400%! We are a people first company, and our team drives our ability to create memorable customer experiences. Due to our growth, we can give more opportunities to more team members, helping to create the next generation of leaders. We are looking for future managers, specifically Assistant Managers, to be the second in command of a million-dollar business and grow to become the boss. This is a tough job that requires judgment, leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask. You'll be working for a company that's fun and flexible, gaining valuable work experience. This is a full-time, hourly position, with overtime available. Training will be provided for leading people and making pizzas. You may also be asked to help at other locations near your chosen store.
Requirements
- Great positive attitude

- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience LEADING people
- 18+ years of age
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
- Lead by example
- Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
- Be accountable for everything that happens within your store, including People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
- Help at other locations near to your chosen location
- Make pizzas
