As an Assistant Manager for The Buffet at Bellagio, you will support the daily operations of one of the most iconic, high-volume dining experiences on the Las Vegas Strip while setting the stage for exceptional guest service through your leadership, professionalism, and welcoming presence. You will help guide and motivate a diverse team, ensure operational excellence across service, quality, and presentation, and partner closely with culinary and front-of-house leaders to deliver seamless execution.
