Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Assist with scheduling and maintaining open availability for shifts.
