The Assistant Manager is responsible for all aspects of their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations. This role requires the individual to set an example by adhering to all company policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. Additional responsibilities encompass staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining company standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and executing local store marketing initiatives. The Assistant Manager must also collaborate effectively with team members and other store management.
