Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience in food/retail preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, team-focused, and eager to grow into a Shop Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach scoopers and shift leaders.
- Support daily operations: cash handling, deposits, inventory, scheduling.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and train others to do the same.
- Help with staff development and community engagement.
