Responsibilities

  • Ensure all assigned employees adhere to policy and procedure.
  • Ensure adequate employee coverage at all times while managing overtime and payroll expenses.
  • Encourage positive employee morale.
  • Supervise the work of assigned employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
  • Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies.
  • Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments to employees.
  • Participate in the work of the assigned bank.
  • Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems, and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
  • Grow DDAs to accomplish annual net DDA goals.
