About The Position
The Assistant Manager role at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a multi-faceted position combining business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Key responsibilities include driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are also talent leaders, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. Assistant Managers are expected to create an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers. With a promote from within philosophy, Assistant Managers have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of the store organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
