As an Assistant Manager on the 3–11p shift, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining stability during one of the most active parts of the day. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented residential setting and can confidently lead staff while supporting residents with daily living needs. As an Assistant Manager, you help bring this mission to life. Schedule & Pay Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Base pay: $24.50/hour + shift differential & overtime eligibility What You’ll Do Evening Leadership & Staff Oversight Provide on-site leadership in the Manager's absence during the 3–11p shift, ensuring smooth staff coordination Support direct care staff with real-time guidance and problem-solving Assist with staffing coverage, shift transitions, and schedule adjustments Resident Support & Daily Structure Oversee evening routines including meals, hygiene, and medication administration Provide direct support as needed to maintain consistency of care Encourage participation in structured activities and community engagement Compliance & Documentation Ensure all documentation and electronic records are completed accurately during shift Maintain readiness for licensing standards and regulatory review Monitor implementation of care and behavioral support plans Program Coordination Assist with household operations including supplies and daily logistics Communicate updates effectively with the Residential Manager and interdisciplinary team What Makes This Role Unique High-engagement evening shift with active resident routines A working leadership role where you’ll assist with staff guidance while remaining actively involved in daily program needs Hands-on involvement during peak hours (meals, medications, transitions) Why Join This Team Stable, mission-driven environment with strong leadership support Opportunities to grow within Residential Services Tuition reimbursement and ongoing leadership development Support Independence.
