Requirements
- At least 2 years management experience in a full service restaurant.
- Desire and passion for excellence and drive for success.
- To engage and participate in an ongoing learning and teaching environment that encourages ownership thinking.
- Proven ability to lead, develop and coach others.
- Passion for taking care of guests.
- Leadership qualities.
- Serv Safe Certified.
- High energy shift skills.
- Record of high performance
