About The Position

Woodspear Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager for a 276-unit multifamily community located in Denver. The ideal candidate will assist the Property Manager with all aspects of day-to-day operations including leasing, marketing, rent collection, deposit accounting, accounts payable, resident relations, and general office administration. Responsibilities include processing rent payments and deposits, performing daily input and reporting through Yardi or similar systems, reconciling security deposits and move-out charges, monitoring aged accounts, coordinating eviction and collection procedures, handling accounts payable and vendor communications, preparing monthly audits and quarterly reports, and maintaining accurate resident and vendor files. The Assistant Property Manager will also assist with leasing efforts including responding to inquiries, conducting tours, presenting property features, preparing leasing documentation, tracking renewals and expirations, and organizing resident retention programs and events. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in property management or similar administrative roles, strong organizational and customer service skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Yardi, On-Site, or AvidXchange is a plus. A professional demeanor and appearance are required. Must pass a background check including credit, criminal history, references, and drug screening. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 5PM. The office is closed on Sundays. Compensation is $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus commissions.
