About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Ballwin, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving sales and efficiency Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if AGE} years old, or 1 year if AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
