About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Assistant Manager to support our event marketing and fundraising team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotion, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns. The Assistant Manager will work closely with senior staff to execute marketing events, manage team members, and ensure successful fundraising outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership potential with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing events and fundraising campaigns
Support day-to-day operations of event marketing teams, including scheduling and logistics
Train and mentor new team members on campaign strategies and customer engagement techniques
Represent clients and nonprofit partners at events, promoting brand awareness and fundraising initiatives
Track campaign performance, collect data, and provide reports to management
Ensure excellent customer and donor experiences through professional communication
Help manage inventory, promotional materials, and event setup/breakdown
Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improved efficiency
