Requirements

• Positive, energetic, and dependable team players
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• 1+ year QSR experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old (slicer required)
• Food Handler / ServSafe certified
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 3–7 team members
• Deliver top-notch customer service (with a great big smile )
• Open and close the store; serve as a key holder
• Keep the restaurant cleaner than clean
• Schedule staff, place inventory orders, and help train new hires
• Jump in for the GM when needed
• Master slicing, prep, and bread baking
• Participate in team meetings and help drive store success
