About The Position

Dominium is a leader in affordable housing development and management, dedicated to tackling the affordable housing crisis. As an Assistant Manager at Arbor Lake, a 250-unit apartment community in Covington, GA, you will support the Community Manager in the daily operations of the property.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience
• Yardi software experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
