About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Manager responsible for all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. The manager is expected to uphold all company policies and procedures and set an example for the team. Key duties involve staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining store image and standards, ensuring great customer service, managing attendance and punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. General store team member duties are also part of the role, such as operating equipment, stocking, product preparation, order processing (phone and in-person), inventory, and daily cleaning. Additionally, the role includes specific driving responsibilities for product delivery and distributing marketing materials like flyers and door hangers, requiring navigation skills and the ability to carry products over various terrains.

Requirements

  • Domino's management experience
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
  • Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area

  • Deliver flyers and door hangers
  • Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
  • Carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties during delivery
  • Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area by driving
  • Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location
  • Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery of product
