Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent Food & Beverage outlets management experience.
  • 4-6 years of hospitality experience, customer service focus, pre-opening experience preferred.
  • Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements.
  • Experience working with inventory management and controls.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Able to read and understand financials and budgets with an elevated level of understanding of key industry KPI’s and drivers.
  • Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inspired always to lead Evermore brand and team member values.
  • Capable of performing the role in a busy work environment.
  • Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficient in Google Business & Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Proficient in standard industry computer systems (POS, work order systems, inventory, etc.).
  • Must stay current with resort operations and food & beverage trends.

Nice To Haves

  • 4-6 years of hospitality experience, customer service focus, pre-opening experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in the assigned outlet.
  • Implement all training programs and SOP’s.
  • Help to execute all training programs with venue managers for all staff pre-opening.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and scheduling of all outlet staff.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations for all F&B outlets.
  • Organize and oversee the opening of multiple venues with a planned coordinated opening.
  • Oversee operational, financial and developmental training for all staff.
  • Execute pre-opening and opening strategy plans, including restaurant floor plans and set up.
  • Conduct scheduled inventory for food & alcohol and retail supplies. Work with resort purchasing manager as applicable.
  • Develop and enforce cash handling, credit cards, house accounts, and other internal billing policies with the accounting department.
  • Implement F&B operating software, interface accounting programs and other resort computer programs.
  • Investigate and resolve internal and customer concerns immediately by involving only those necessary to achieve positive results for the resort and customer.
  • Hold staff accountable for maintaining service standards in accordance to training manuals.
  • Create a departmental recognition program for delivering great service to our guests.
  • Identify secret shopper program to solicit feedback on random shops. Monitor social media and assist in deploying social media strategies as applicable.
  • Monitor guest feedback scores/comments and address accordingly.
  • Positively and proactively collaborate with other department leaders to ensure we meet the organization's goal and successful resort opening.
  • Attend and conduct meetings as required both within the department and within the property’s organizational structure.
  • Plan and conduct team member department meetings quarterly
  • Promote and practice Evermore’s culture and establish a positive, inclusive work environment and ensure the resort’s brand is not compromised.
  • Respond to any reasonable task assigned by upper management or ownership.
