About The Position

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations and implementing company policies and procedures
• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance
• Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow within the department
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex issues when escalated
• Prepare and present reports on departmental activities, progress, and results
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
