Requirements
- 1+ years of property management experience required
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands
- Proven success assisting with delinquent rent collections
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service to prospective and current residents
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule as needed
Nice To Haves
- Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, NALP/CALP preferred
- Experience with Yardi and Revenue Management software a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in leasing, collections, resident services, revenue growth, and compliance with legal and company policies
- Contribute to revenue growth by identifying creative ways to set the community apart
- Execute marketing initiatives through social media and community outreach promotions
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to drive resident retention
- Set clear expectations with residents regarding timely payment of balances owed
- Proactively work to minimize delinquent rent
- Participate in company-wide training programs to maintain compliance and enhance professional development
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve overall property goals
- Step in to manage the property in the Manager’s absence
