Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Ensure high standards of food quality, preparation, and safety are maintained
- Oversee and participate in customer order processing, both in-person and over the phone
- Train and supervise team members on proper equipment operation and store procedures
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving deliveries and stocking items
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting
