Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if AGE} or older
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
Strong leadership skills and desire to lead people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Basic math and computer proficiency
Food safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards
Customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
