Super Star Car Wash is looking for driven, dynamic leaders with management experience and a passion for inspiring teams! Our Manager in Training program is designed to provide hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash operations, equipping you with the skills to step confidently into an Assistant Manager role. From day one, youll immerse yourself in our operations, learning the business from the ground up. As you progress, you'll take on increasing responsibility, mastering day-to-day management and driving the overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash location. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams
  • Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated district
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
  • Schedule: Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Manual tasks and operating equipment
  • Stamina and endurance throughout the shift

Responsibilities

  • Execute opening and closing duties following designated procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and coach team to drive company initiatives and exceed KPIs.
  • Monitor and manage Quality Control factors, including customer experience, product & service standards, scheduling, and labor cost control based on historical performance and seasonality.
  • Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers by enforcing safety procedures.
  • Identify and report safety or maintenance issues to management.
  • Provide friendly, professional service to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handle vehicles with extreme care to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Maintain a clean and organized property at all times.
  • Perform location cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping work as directed by leadership.
  • Facilitate and assess damage claims.
  • Learn and implement the companys coaching and training model.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, customers, peers, and management at all levels.
  • Motivate employees to perform job tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Support company initiatives, including marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and talent management efforts.
  • Contribute to team success by completing related tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
