About The Position

The Assistant Manager at Workout Anytime is responsible for leading the team and ensuring the club meets its revenue goals. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and addressing member needs to build value in club amenities and services. Leading the team to execute skill sets effectively and maintain a cohesive team environment. Thriving in a competitive sales position while meeting challenging monthly quotas. Working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks, including club cleanliness. Generating new member enrollments through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach. Converting telephone inquiries into appointments for club tours and scheduling new members for Success Sessions. Maintaining the club immaculately and ensuring all prospect/guest information is entered into the management software system. Overseeing the retention strategy and ensuring the fitness department generates the required number of monthly assessments/complimentary sessions. The Assistant Manager must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a desire to help members and potential members improve their health and wellness journey.
